Once a digital file has been downloaded or delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

For creative services (such as custom design, branding, or consultation projects):

If you encounter issues downloading your files or believe you received the wrong product, contact us at riwacreative@gmail.com.
We’ll verify your purchase and send you a corrected or replacement file as soon as possible — at no additional cost.
5. Unauthorized Use or Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after you have received access to a digital product, your license to use that product will be immediately revoked.
We reserve the right to deny future services or sales to customers who engage in fraudulent activity or misuse our digital materials.
